Are Hunny & Koko Real Dogs?

Hi! AdELA here… Hunny the goldendoodle and Koko the whoodle inspired my best friend Lauren and me to write stories based on their real-life shenanigans. I often found myself putting Hunny and Koko in imaginary scenarios and saying, "This is what H&K would do,” and to be honest, it was kinda funny. Mostly because Hunny was so adventurous and happy-go-lucky, and Koko literally stresses about everything! Opposites really do attract.

It all started with one story: a trip to Italy to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. But in Hunny and Koko’s world, they thought it was the “Leaning Tower of Pizza.” I wrote the story, and Lauren did the graphics, and we thought to ourselves, “This is really funny.” So, fast forward, and here we are. They are the stars of their own series. Talk about me being a stage mom…
